When browsing shapes > all rectangles, the panel starts rapidly flickering/vibrating. I can still click a rectangle to add to the file, though, so it doesn't seem to affect the functionality of the menu. It only happens with the rectangle menu, not when viewing other shapes categories, like circles or stars. I'm using express in via Google Chrome. I haven't tested to see if this happens in other browsers.
