Getting error pop-up message when downloading my project

Hi,
I got an error message " An error occurred while downloading your file, please try again" when I was downloading my mp4 file on Adobe Express. I restarted the page many times but still, I can not download my project. Also, I permanently deleted my old projects from the cloud. Please help if you know what the issue is for.

I changed the font of my content and the problem has been solved! I changed Accumin Pro and Mitigate fonts!

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference? If you've recently installed any third-party Plugins/Extensions on your browser, try disabling them and try again.

Same issue, tried 2 browsers, 2 incognito modes, the chrome app, nothing.

I can download images, videos no. Tried the video in all sizes too.

Thanks for your quick response.
I tried using other browsers, clearing the cache, and deactivating third-party extensions for browsers, but the issue continues. The problem occurred only on my latest project. My previous projects are downloadable.
