Help with a bug fix

I can't access any of my files or start a new project from my Adobe express mobile app. I can click on things from the Home Screen but then when I try to edit a template or access my files, the screen never leaves the this screen (see attachment). 
I have restarted my phone, logged out and back in, waited a few hours etc. does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to solve this problem.
