Image files showing up as greyed boxes

A significant number of images are showing up as greyed out boxes when I try to insert them into a working file. In the attached screenshot, I tried to select the first image recommended under the "Wellness" media section and it shows up as a greyed out box. I have access to all these images, and the image next to it (pink and yellow ping pong image) shows up as normal. Can you help me figure out how to fix this? It's severely limiting my ability to create content for my job.

I've been having a problem for a while with images (either ones I select from Adobe's media or images that I try to upload) showing up as grey boxes. I don't know how to fix this - I've tried re-exporting photos as jpeg vs png etc. but it's still not working. It's really affecting my ability to create content for my job. Please see the attached grey box I tried to upload from my computer.

Hi @Sydney22286396nvqy,

Sorry about the issue.

We cannot reproduce the problem. We need as many details as possible to help you.

Can you share the browser's version, your device (Windows or Mac) and the OS version? Have you tried using a different browser like Microsoft Edge, Safari, or Google Chrome?

You can clear your browser cache and cookies, ensuring you have installed the latest version of the browser or using private mode. Signing out and back in, as well as creating a whole new document might help. Can you share the images you uploaded to the app?

We're looking forward to hearing from you.

I have the same issue on Mac OK15.  I've used multiple Browsers - cleared the cache - restarted the machine - reset my internet and still greyed out boxes.  All worked fine a few days ago.

I have also tried this on MAC and PC and they both have the same problem.

Having the same problem unfortunately. Using Android S22 Ultra, this issue has spanned a few OS updates and it's still going strong. It makes it borderline unusable. Or the image is fine until I save it then the save is blank...
