This is really frustrating considering we pay for a service that doesn't function properly. We have a business Instagram account and my Reels and Stories fail to post. Please help!

Hi, I have the same problem, I have a business Instagram account and every stories fail to post with the schedule functionality, could you help me? Thanks in advance.
Do you see an error message? If so, can you share a screenshot?
We recommend reconnecting (refreshing) your Instagram account in the scheduler. If the issue persists, you may need to disconnect and connect it again.
Go to Manage Connections in the scheduler, then go to the Instagram tab. Click on the three dots on the right. You will see a drop-down menu as in the attached screenshot.
Thanks for your reply. Yes I see an error message (as you can see in the attached screenshots).
I've reset cookies and cache, tried with an other web browser, disconnected and reconnected in the Manage Connections as you said, but it still doesn’t work…
