I am unable to connect scheduler to my LinkedIn account. I've checked login details and everything is correct and I am being given the option to connect to my personal profile?
I'm unable to connect to my company LinkedIn via the Adobe Express Scheduler. I am an admin for them, but can only see my personal account or old company (which I left 3 months ago) showing. Please help, I have raised this numerous times.
I don't have multiple LinkedIn accounts, but if it's like instagram, you can access your "secondary" account from your first one.
Depending on how the secondary was set up, at LinkedIn level, with the primary one being your personal account and the emanagement of the secondary one being made through the primary one (At LinkedIn level) then you'll need to connect using the primary one, which will let you choose which one in the next step.
You can try by using the "refresh" option in the connnections.
But I'm assuming that it works similarly than Instagram and it may not be the case....
When trying to connect LinkedIn to scheduler I only get my previous company showing (I left there 4 months ago). This company is no longer connected to my LinkedIn, and I am an admin on my new company's LinkedIn, but yet it still doesn't show up. So frustrating.

Also worth trying on a new browser you never used ( so the cookies are clear for that particular website) and/or clear the cookies Supported browsers are Chrome, Safari and Edge.
I am also having the same issue. I am an Admin for my company account under my personal page. When I try to link, it only links my personal and does not give the option to connect the business feed.
We're sorry to hear about this. What happens when you connect your business account? Are you getting any error messages? You may check this link and let us know if that helps-https://adobe.ly/3QhM5FA
