My notifications are very glitchy. Often they don't load and often when they do, half the data is greyed out.

Hi @default3651969073zvrn,

We are sorry for the frustration & difficulties you faced with Adobe Express. Which browser are you using? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Please let us know how it goes.

Thank you,

Neelam

Hi Neelam, no improvement I'm afraid. I'm on a MacBook Air, running Sonoma 14.2.1. I use Chrome 123.0.6312.107 and have tried Safari but have the same issue. Either my notifications don't load or I can't scroll down them. This is a new problem, I've never experienced this previously.

I get a notice at the bottom of the notifications window to say they are loading but they never do (see attached). You can see here as well that the content preview is greyed out.
