Poor resolution upon export

New Here ,
Nov 19, 2023 Nov 19, 2023
I am trying to export a video with 20 frames or "scenes." When I'm working in Adobe express, it looks great. The photos were all taken with the same camera settings as it's intended to be a stop-motion video. However, upon exporting, the 7th scene and onward is heavily pixelated, regardless of my download settings. Please help!

Hi @Larkin33352900g0ap,

Sorry to hear about that and for not getting back to you sooner.

Can you specify the length of the video and the resolution (720p, 1080p or 4K)? What download settings did you apply to the video? What was the format of the scenes when you imported them into AX?

I exported a 1-minute stop-motion video with 20 frames at 720p, and I couldn't see it pixelated. What was the browser version you used to export the video? Did you try to export the video with another browser, such as Safari or Firefox?

We're looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you,

Winnie
