rearranging posts

when trying to re-arrange the posts in the list, it doesn't work. I click a post and the screen scrolls back to the top. See screenshot. please fix, this is frustrating. I tried it on both the desktop app and web version and the same issue happens.

HAving same issue- i see multiple similar posts. Hope it gets fixed soon
