Replace image not working

Hello, I have been experiencing this problem with several converted files. You are able to replace the first two/three pics and then nothing else. You can add media and pin it to the background even. Basically nothing happens. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

I'm experiencing the same problem. Worked fine on previous 6 or so versions of the same template file... now when I attenpt to replace an image it just goes to a blank left bar... nothing loads or appears! Oddly after numerous changes and restarts of browser, online app, log-ou and in, etc., etc., it did suddenly work... but only allowed me to upload a new image and not select one from my brand library (crazy!... but reported elsewhere). So as I doubled checked and went back to simply upload... it then reverted to it's non-active state! i.e. I could and still cannot replace the image as the upload option just didn't appear like earlier! Soooo frustrating and time-wasting, so needs to get sorted. Is there an downloadable App for Mac in Express as I seem to only find the online option?... I've been a Premium member for years.

I am having this issue right now. I'm wanting to replace the background on an existing image. I select an available image, click replace and nothing happens. I am a premium member and this is a frustrating delay. Any assistance is appreciated.
