Snapping

How do I turn it off? I have looked everywhere but cannot find where I need to go in order to turn off this function

I don't believe there is an option to disable snapping in Adobe Express. I have found that with rotation specifically, increasing the zoom allows for finer rotation angles. On the whole, I don't find the snapping to be that much of a hindrance. What exactly is happening to interfere with your work?
