Then import PDF to Express will the text be scrap fonts and symboles. Image 1 original PDF Image 2 after Express conversion and download to PDF again

Sorry you are having that issue. This is something that we've seen from time to time with other user's PDFs and it stems from the text within the original PDF not being something we can understand. If I open the PDF in Acrobat or Preview and selected the text, when I paste it somewhere else I don't get the expected text but do get something like shows up in Express.

One thing that could be contributing, is this PDF uses an OpenType Variable Fonts called "Acumin Variable Concept". When Illustrator exported the PDF, the text is being saved in this weird state. You could try opening the original Illustrator file and using "Acumin Pro" (or another non-variable font).

 

I opened your original PDF in Illustrator, swapped the font, re-exported to PDF, and imported that into Express with better results.
