I click download, it pops up a screen with the percentage and then goes to
"Download Failed" seen in the screenshot below.

Thank you for the reply. Would it be possible to post directly rather than through email to the community? Screenshots don't come through when replying by email for some reason. Do you happen to know what percentage it gets to before it fails?
