When looking to trim and split a long video. the video timeline disappears and all the previous clips that I had edited are now unplayable.

It shouldn't happen!

Can you share a screenshot when you're editing the video? Does it happen when you add audio or video?

This issue was fixed. We suggest changing the browser, refreshing the page or logging out/in.

It seemed to have stopped last week but it has come back as I'm working on a 3rd version of the video
