I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOREVER TO FIX OUR THUMBNAILS. I HAVE EVEN TRIED TO CREATE A NEW PROJECT, BUT IT DOES NOT WORK ONCE I CHANGE THE PICTURE FROM THE HEADER, IT KEEPS THE ORIGINAL PICTURE I HAD SELECTED. THIS PROBLEM IS RELVANT FOR US SINCE THE LINK DOES NOT SHARE PROPERLY ON OUR SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS. AS SHOWN IN THE SCREENSHOT, THE SEPTEMBER AND THE SUMMER NEWSLETTER BOTH HAVE DIFFERENT HEADERS, BUT THEY DO NOT POPULATE CORRECTLY. WE CANNOT BE SHARING OUR NEWSLETTERS AND ALL OF THEM LOOK THEY HAVE THE SMAE HEADER.

Hi @Ana R Cortes, if I understand you correctly, the September 2023 and the Summer 2023 Newsletter are using the same preview thumbnail. Are all the previous newsletters showing the correct preview image? It's hard to know exactly why this is happening without looking directly at each of your files. Each time you start a new newsletter, are you duplicating a previous one or starting from a template you made earlier?

As a quick test, I created two newsletters (using Duplicate) and changed the background image for the second one. This is how the thumbnails are showing up. I'm not sure how you are setting the thumbnail image, if not from the background (bottom layer) image? Can you give us any more info or screenshots?
