Work no longer loading

Hello, I created a comedy show poster in multiple sizes per the request of the theater the show will debut in. Is there any way to fix this bug so I can reopen these files and continue editing? It hasn't worked on two separate computers.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please let us know what happens when you try to click on the posters. Are you getting any error messages? Which browser are you using?

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.

Also, try restarting your computer.


From Windows browser: Ctrl + Shift + Delete

From Mac browser: Cmd + Shift + Delete

Hard refresh: Ctrl / Cmd + F5 or Ctrl/Cmd + R.
