Download on pc messed op formatting

When I download a png, transparent or solid, or a jpeg. Sometimes the formatting get all messed up.

Sometimes it cuts off the text that's near the end. Or move th position on the text. 

But when I download the same exact project on Android, it comes out like it is displayed on my phone. 

 

So why is it downloading on Android and windows act differently.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind telling us, since when are you facing this issue? Is it happening with all the templates or any specific one? Which browser are you working on, and did you try using other browsers? Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the issue?

 

Meanwhile, you can try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser, then restarting it and let us know if this helps.

We're here to assist, just need some more info.

It's not a template. It's a project that I create.

I mainly use edge. But I switched to Chrome, and it was happening in there. 

I cleared cache and cookies, it was still happening.

It have been happening for at least 2 months.

Thanks for the response. Would you mind sharing the screenshot of the issue from the desktop and android app of Creative Cloud Express, to have a better understanding? Also, did you relaunch the browser after removing cache and cookies? Please try checking in incognito mode (Chrome Browser), and let us know if the issue persists.

The file that says web is what it shows on the site.

The other are a transparent png, a jpg, and a solid png.

All of them cut off the end when I download it.

If I download any of them in Android, it is fine. It doesn't get messed up.
