Hi Abhi G, thanks for the reply, I can access the documents via the link you suggested but still I can't access adobe express!!
I don't know how to allow adobe servers. Any hint? I tryed yo add *.adobe.com to firewall but says it is not a valid address.
Thanks!

I tried to DISABLE windows firewall and this way I can access adobe express. I'm not happy about that obviously. Any hint on how to keep it active and make it work?
Thanks!

I've got the same problem, i've tried all of your advises but nothing changed. It's the second time, i'm sorry but it's non a great service, people are working with your apps. I cannot work for weeks. The new version of Adobe Express never works, the old one was so much better.

Could you check if you have something like an ad-blocker or strict firewall settings blocking access to required network endpoints: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html?
Also, if you could post your browser console logs, that would help. If you are unsure how to collect browser logs, you can use resources such as
Chrome: https://support.digitalsamba.com/knowledge/google-chrome-browser-logs
Windows Edge: https://support.digitalsamba.com/knowledge/microsoft-edge-browser-logs
Thanks

Hi @Dario Welco
Are you using default settings for your Firewall or did you customize them? In the latter case, could you try resetting them to default? Also, if you are working for an organization, the policies may have been set by the organization, so you might want to check with the IT department.
Please let me know if neither applies/helps.

There was a brief outage today (https://status.adobe.com/products/503465/202311140041) but it should be resolved now. Could you confirm that you're not running into this issue anymore?
Thanks

Hi Abhi.G @ ADBE , the issue persists, I can use Express only by shutting down the windows firewall, same error as @pinacolada01

@Dario Welco the "Something went wrong" error dialog is a generic one and can be shown for a number of reasons. The issue @Hinata24025154v2u5 ran into was actually distinct from the one you are seeing.
Totally understand that it's still happening for you. BTW, did you happen to check this response from me in October: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express-discussions/error-code-adobe-express/m-p/14166661#M1254...
Thanks,

Hello and thanks for the reply, I had tried to change the firewall settings in various ways, but I had problems doing so, I couldn't insert a specific IP into the filters. In trying I found that disabling the Express firewall worked, so now I'm using it that way.
