I just subsciribed to the monthly plan of $9.99 a month to gain access to the Adobe Stock Photos. It was my understanding that if you subscribed you would have access.
When trying to create a project and I go to select a photo from the Adobe Stock, one with a crown on it, I get a prompt that says, "Uh Oh failed to license one or more images." I attached a picture of it.
Can anyone help me out here? Not sure what I am doing wrong. Thanks!
I have the same issue since the last update (transforming spark post into cc express).
Yestarday it was ok but now not.
I hope this is a temporaly mistake or bug because it's very unfair for who payed the licence
Sorry for the trouble. That's not right. Have you tried reinstalling the app? If that doesn't fix the issue, please let us know, we are here to help.
That fixed the issue. I deleted the app the. Reinstalled. Thanks!
Awesome to hear! Thanks for reporting back.
Thanks a lot ! It works.
i was so disapointed... because acceding to adobe stock photo is such an important part of the subscription.
Well, it' s all right now !
Cool! Thanks for letting us know. Cheers/Saquib
I'm experiencing the same error. I'm using an iPad and I have tried uninstalling and with no sucess
Adobe Stock is integrated into Adobe Express but separate from the Adobe Stock service and website.
When you are creating an Adobe Express project the content within, Photos, Share, Design assets, backgrounds, etc. comes from Adobe Stock.
So how do we fix this now? I just paid for the sibscription but it doesn't work.
Should I cancel my subscription or will someone fix this today?
Just fix the problem. Multiple people are complaining about the same issue. There not doing anything wrong. The problem is your app. SO FIX IT NOW!
I am having the same issue. Using Adobe Express mobile and can't access the free or paid stock photos.
I'm having same issue. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and error still exists
I'm having the same issue. Uninstalled / reinstalled. Nothing works to remove the error.
I could use images from Adobe stock yesterday but today I can't. I tried to uninstall and then install the app but still can't use any images from Adobe Stock.
Yes! Same here and I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled with no success. Signed out and signed back in...
although I didn't restart my phone. Would that help?
Restarting phone also does not work and I have also updated the app.
I've been searching how to fix the problem - I went to use it today and "uh oh licence problem...." is there a solution?
I've reinstalled app, restarted iPad but no luck.
Abobe - please help
Same here. Super frustrating.
I'm having the same problem! Does anyone have a solution?
I have been having the same issue since yesterday evening. My paid subscription with Adobe stretches back several years. After trying everything I know to resolve the issue, sign out/sign in, delete/reinstall app, I finally connected with Adobe Customer Support via chat. He couldn't solve the problem and sent a message to the technical support team. They are suppose to call me within 48 hours. Until then, I paying for a dead app. My premonition is that Adobe tech support will inform me I can no longer access Adobe stock pics without buying a more expensive program/app.
I'm having the same issue. It just started yesterday. I've always had access to stock photos. Using them is a big reason I have a subscription. If this isn't fixed, I'm going to have take my business elsewhere.
I'm having the same issue. It worked yesterday but all of a sudden today I'm getting this error message. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe express on my phone, but it didn't fix the problem.
