Having problems with uploading the media from device like photos

1. Unable to upload any photos from my gallery entirely.

2. Mobile app and Desktop app

3. Smart phone and Laptop 

4. After updating the app, the problem occured. Previously it was so convenient to work in Adobe express

 Clear Cache and Data (Mobile App)

  • Android: Go to Settings > Apps > Adobe Express > Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data.
  • iPhone: Try reinstalling the app by deleting and reinstalling it from the App Store.

Check App Permissions

  • Ensure that Adobe Express has permission to access your gallery/photos

Check Storage and File Format

  • Ensure your device has enough storage space.
  • Verify that the photo you're trying to upload is in a supported format (JPG, PNG, etc.).

Try Different Methods to Upload

  • If uploading directly from the gallery doesn't work, try uploading from cloud storage.

Hey @Annshul37644054xsyg, Thanks for sharing the details. The Recent Folder is set as the default when uploading media from the mobile device. Using the options available in the mobile file explorer, you must select the folder you want to use to upload media. Please share a screenshot of what comes up after selecting the 'File' option from the above-shared screenshot so we can better guide you.

This is the second time this has happened to me in the past couple of weeks. It is unacceptable. I pay for Adobe Express. Instead of telling us to delete our apps and reinstall them, maybe you should focus on fixing your app.
