Is anyone else experiencing an issue with "publishing" videos? I never had a problem with the old version of adobe. Now, I have a 2 min 30 sec video of which only 1 min 30 seconds is actually publishing and it took eleven minutes fro it to go from "publishing" to "link is ready". Im on Chrome. Never had this issue until the new Express.

90s is indeed the current limit of videos published to web. Sorry for the incovenience.
Please post a suggestion on UserVoice to bump the limit, so other users are also able to upvote.

Follow up question if you could please confirm. A colleague of mine heard that you will no longer be able to see metrics of opens. We used to use Spark for our newsletters and would get view rates of each one...now we no longer have that. Is this function somewhere we are missing or is it truly not a feature that Adobe has done away with?

It is true that "view count" metrics are not currently shown, but we do want to bring them back; haven't done away them permanently. Again, the best way to track its status would be via UserVoice; please post the feature request there (I thought there was one already, but I can't find it)

Now having issues converting gifs to MP4. The "gif to MP4" tab takes you to the "video to MP4" feature, and this doesn't accept gifs

We were building a site in Adobe Express pre update and now it appears there are a handful of issues with the application that make it completly nonfunctioning.
1. Font libraries are no longer available whihc changed everything that we were using for our project.
2. Preview and Presentation options no longer function and only show a blank screen.
3. Publication options menu is no longer part of the application. Basically you can build a site, you add collaborators but you cannot publish a site or use any of the custom URL featurtes that were originally available.
Long story short, the application is not function to publish previously or newly created pages. Are you aware of these bugs and will tehy be fixed soon.

Just here to say that this "update" has brought the worst customer experience ever. I am shocked at the lack of professionality of Adobe. You should fire everyone who came up with this. You don't force changes on paying customers relying on a program for their living EVER, and certainly not when the new product is worse, slower and comes without any explanation of the logic of why the changes had to be made.
Please, keep your robotic answers to yourself, I don't want any of your support. Just take note that this put the final hole in your already damaged reputation (with all the synching issues that still are not solved.)

Maybe you could read the whole thread here and start addressing the issues posted by your various customers instead of just using canned responses that don't help your customers and then provide no additional feedback once your customers describe the myriad of issues you've caused.

Oh my, every day comes with a new issue. I've opened Express in Chrome and Edge and I have the same thing happening in both browsers. I can't click on anything and there's weird text in odd places. I've attached a photo.

I have been using Adobe Express to build a website for an event next week. It was to go live in 2 days. Now am having to completely rebuld it in a new platform because too many things don't work/look as intended I don't trust them to be fixed in the next day or two. The "new" version has just gotten worse. Please Adobe fix yourself. You have lost a strong advocate for your products with this abysmal release.

I hate to say it but have to concur. I used to be an Adobe snob...nothing else was good enough. Totally rethinking that now, this release has cost me so much time and added an untenable layer of frustration to my daily work.

Just stop it. We all gave up on Adobe weeks ago. If you can't just admit this is a total ***** and go back to the original then this whole thread is a waste of everyone's time.
On the subject of time can we get refunded for all the billable hours Adobe has cost us all?

We're all pumping a dry well here bud. These people don't care about anything other pushing this half baked crap down our throats come hell or high water. I as many others have been pleading with them since the beginning to roll this disaster back or to atleast give us access to the old app until they can sort this mess out but our requests have gone on deaf ears. It's like they all get fired if anyone as much as mentions the old app in one of their canned replies. Completely nonsensical for them to pull the rug from under us in this manner.

Any idea when the option to include branding on Adobe Express webpages will be brought back? Currently mid several builds of projects that require branding and this is no longer an option (even with Premium version). Thanks
