Good evening. This is my third attempt to contact you regarding a critical issue. This message serves as a formal complaint, not a request for communication.
This afternoon, while in the middle of a work-related project, my platform unexpectedly stopped working. I was immediately denied access to all of my personal and professional files stored on the Adobe cloud, for which I am a subscribed customer. As a long-standing, premium member for over four years, I rely on your services for all aspects of my workflow.
Here is a timeline of my attempts to resolve this issue:
Initial Call/Chat: I contacted a first-level customer service agent and explained that I had already exhausted all basic troubleshooting steps. I had to guide the agent through the checklist of actions I had already performed.
Technical Escalation: The agent informed me I would need to speak with the technical department and put me on hold. After waiting for 45 minutes, the chat disconnected without a callback.
Second Call: I immediately called again and went through the same process. I explained to the representative who continuously attempted to deter me to an on line check list or a call back on another day ? (this is me not even past first res[ponder CS, and trying to write me off without a tech support remote attempt for solution or even connection with tech? I explained I have a critical presentation tomorrow and that a failure to access my documents will result in a significant financial loss and professional humiliation.Again disconnected
Second Disconnect: I was then placed on hold for 1 HR 45 minutes. The call was then cut off, and I received a voicemail stating that the office was now closed.
Without even speaking to a tech rep responded
r I SAT WAITING FOR 3 HOURS to get to a machine wishing me goodbye to call back the next Business day ?
This is 2025 every day is business day , every hour that you are providing me a paid service that is down and you are in possession of my personal and professional data , we need to exhaust all avenues before we turn the lights out , ive spoken to no one ?
Here is the best part: I was call-ended by a machine that stated the office was now closed, and no live agent was available. Instead, I could speak to an unacceptable bot that is incapable of getting past the first sentence without going down a regurgitated rabbit hole. BUT, if I would like to buy more data or upgrade my membership level, wouldn't you know it—there is most certainly a live agent available to take my call. This translates to: if I'm not calling with money to give you, there is no one available to take my call until tomorrow. But if I'm here to shop, will you be right with me?
I am now left without access to my data. I have wasted over three hours of my time and am no closer to a solution. I have not even had the opportunity to speak with a technical support representative who could have attempted to resolve the issue
"I have been a loyal subscription client for 4 years. I have gone through the growing pains with the roll out of the initial AI integration that ran amok all over the platform. I can see past most, but denied support is unacceptable. And rest assured, losingthree hours of my life on an empty promise hold to get cut off by a machine telling me "see you tomorrow" has now made it tough to stay or even recommend the platform and the community.
When you stack that up with the fact that (if there is no resolution or access to my data) this evening I am facing the day with no presentation for a client, which will definitely have a financial loss. Bearing in mind, I addressed this with the first customer rep, who assured me to hold on for a minute, and I would be working with a tech agent. That did not happen.
I can assure you then that we will probably be seeing my commitment have to look elsewhere by force, and the burden of my financial loss then falls on the company, either in earnings lost or a membership credit for my subscription. We still have time."

Same for me, can't access anything from any device, browser, and browsing mode. Unfortunatly my business is on hold until I'm able to access my files. I missed an important deadline because of this and I am seriously thinking of using an alternative platform
Considero que esto es muy triste, el domingo empiezo a estudiar un posgrado, en la tarde empiezo a dar mi primera materia en una universidad, tengo que entregar diferentes actividades a mis jefes porque se empeazara una campañá el lunes con escuelas preparatorias, tengo material de mi proyecto personal que es musica que debo editar, queria aprovechar a editar mi cv por que este fin de semana hay un evento que esperaba participar para mejorar personalmente, no es justo que siendo una aplicación tan grande no pueda contemplar un fallo de este nivel, simplemente pienso que con tantas personas en el mundo se podria plantear una estrategia para tener agentes las 24 hrs, es decir que cuando en unos lugares sea de dia sean estas mismas personas las que brinden la atención en lugares donde ya es horario de madrugada, me siento desanimado, pues he aprendido a amar a esta app, porque simplemente me costo mucho crear algo que me gustara, fuera inteligente, y lograra trasmitir lo que mi mente plantea, mal enserio muy mal , espero que de todos modos esto se soluciones antes de que amanezca, creo que pudieramos igual juntarnos todos y hacer un mensaje consiso que le demos la atencion y seguimiento a ese mismo para que lo vean, saludos a todos, y suerte ojala que todos puedan entregar sus proximos trabajos
