*The title is the message I get when I'm trying to use upload the font with Adobe Express*The font I want to use is working perfectly fine with Premiere Pro. I've used the font I want to use with Adobe Express before with no issue. I don't see why it's a problem now.  I'm just trying to make a Youtube banner is all. Nothing to do with PDFs or anything else.

Hi there,

We are sorry this is happening to you.

If possible, would you be able to share the screenshot of the error message?

Please ensure the files you're selecting to upload are .OTF & .TTF format only, as Adobe Express allows these formats.

Also, if the issue persists, try clearing the cache/cookies of the browser you're working on? You may even try uploading from a different browser, or its incognito/private mode?
