Hi,
if its connected only to an Image on Facebook that link itself maybe changed. I assume that link looks something like https://scontent-fra5-4.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/316237432_671810777651187_3667631698088765209_n.jpg?stp=dst-jpg_p843x403&_nc_cat=1&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=8bfeb9&_nc_ohc=EcL17HcNJesAX_MDBo4&_nc_ht=scontent-fra5-2.xx&oh=00_AfBUJiNh2vPz9IpUtG4ZI4PXM61hWUAnXxseY2lb30IVow&oe=637E98B0 or so. If thats the case those Links could change and then the QR Code does not match. QR Codes would

Hi,
you generated with two different Links two different QR-Codes. That is no Problem of the QR-Code generator. As I mentioned in the beginning that long QR Code has changed and is no longer valid. That is a concept of Facebook and has nothing to do with the Adobe QR-Code Generator or any other.
The Solution is always make QR-Codes from static Websites where yo u definitely know that the content does not change or the Link will stay the same! Hope that helps.

This is the link that your Adobe Express qr-code returns:
https://scontent.fblq1-1.fna.fbcdn.net/v/t39.30808-6/306354726_493646106099846_4885222387313335743_n... and this link looks expired. I don't know
This is the link your other qr-code returns:
https://qrcc.me/rkzqhiwqxfgf, this link redirects to https://cdn03.qrcodechimp.com/qr/PROD/636bdf292772e5befb0e2b2a/fm/2978954_140x100_rev.pdf?v=16680141...
Wherever you host your PDF, the links are different.

If you rename the image, does it change? If I send in a message to an email will it last. Or do we need to keep the link code it was made with?

Who is it?
If you have a QR code pointing to some file or page on the net, that file or page should not change the name. So if your QR code points to https://mysite.com/top, and you change Top to Bottom, your qr code will fail.
The QR code is an image. It won't change on its own.
