Hi, someone please tell me why the file does not download from Adobe Express Project, when i try to download in a pdf format, it keeps loading and loading. Someone please tell me the solution.

Hey @Mubarak R.,
Could you try downloading the PDF after clearing the cache/cookies of the browser? You can also try working on a different browser or their incognito mode to check if that makes any difference.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, let us know about it and use this workaround instead.
Download the file as a JPG and then use the quick actions to convert it into a PDF.

The same problem here! i have to send to print and a cant download! Its Stop on 90% and never fisnish! Damn i will my client! Thats a BIG ERROR of adobre express. How Adobe don fix this?

I had the same issues earlier, and updating my browser resolved this for me.
Can you update your browser if one is available?
If you're still having trouble after this, please share the browser and device details you're accessing Adobe Express with. e.g. browser name, version, Device operating system name and version, etc.

I'm having the same issue. When I try to download as a pdf, I get this error message. Have tried
1) clearing cache and cookies
2) using a different browser (safari instead of chrome)
3) trying at different times of day. (So far have tried in about four different settings.)
4) downloading as png / jpeg with hope to convert it. This is not an acceptible workaround though as it's pixelated and awful looking
5) restarting computer
6) restarting wifi router, confirming that internet is working well. (It is, and has been consistently.)
It's a seven page document, and it worked on one page. Then I tried to do the later pages later and have not been able to get a single one to download.

Hi there,
Would it be possible to try downloading projects using the regular Google Chrome browser, not the Beta version or some other browser like Safari or Microsoft Edge, etc., to check if that makes any difference?
Do let us know about your experience.
Also, if the problem persists, please share a screen recording of your workflow. We'd need this to investigate the issue further.

Hi! I am also having this issue.
I have tried clearing cache, using different browsers (safari instead of chrome), rebooting.. none of these have helped. It reaches 90% then says it encountered an error. The document is 14 pages. I had no issues with this last week. Can someone please help me?

As a workaround, does downloading in separate sets (say pages 1–7 first, then 8–14) work? You can select specific pages in the multi-page view as shown below:
If this works, you can then combine the individual sets using the Combine files quick action.

Thank you, it didn't work for 7 pages, but i just tried downloading the first 4 pages and that worked, but when I selected the next 4 pages it didn't work.

Unable to download as pdf. Rendering until 90% and throwing error. I have very important time-sensitive document that I need to download as a pdf. Any help here is appreciated.

We're sorry for the delay. Could you please share the screenshot of the error message you're getting? How many pages are there in the project you're trying to download? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?

Hi,
Im now having the same issues as everyone else. I shared the link with a friend and they also couldn't get it to work. I've tried different browsers, clearing caches, downloading as jpeg and opening in adobe (horrible image), etc. Please help!

So what is the solution? I need to print multiple pages..was trying for days. So frustrating!
