Unable to download progress bar not moving - July 29-31; August 4-5, 2024

I need to download my video. The pop ups loads but the progress bar is not moving. I have download file in the past and I try logging out and clearing my cache.

I've completed a video montage and ready to download, unfortunately it keep showing 0% downloading for almost 2 hours. Tried on other devices with different wifi connection also faced the same problems. Please address the issue as it is an urgent work.
