A tooltip that cannot be turned off

A window has appeared and is hidden at the bottom of the page and cannot be turned off, and most importantly, it covers the GENERATE button, which means you cannot use the basic tool.

Postion your mouse cursor over another control like Aperture under Photo settings to move focus to that element.

That should hide the offending tooltip.
