Hi folks,
We have received a number of reports of people having a problem in Firefly video creation where when they press the "generate" button nothing happens. To help us diagnose this problem, please tell us the following:
Firefly premium services are not available on all enterprise plans, even if they have Firefly nonpremium services. Your enterprise needs "Creative Cloud All Apps Pro V4 Edition" in order to use Firefly premium services. Your local Adobe administrator should be able to tell you if that is the plan you have.
I just asked our IT help desk. They said "We do not have Firefly Premium services on our Adobe plan." They didn't know the exact type or name of the plan. Does that mean I do not have access to generate videos with Firefly, only images?
I am using an Adobe for Teams plan with Firefly Standard. I have typed in a few different prompts, press Generate, and the button seems unresponsive since nothing is generated. What remains on the screen is the "intro to Generative video" thumbnail.

I am trying to create a video with "Generate a video (Beta)" but it doesn't work. Other colleagues in my company are able to create them and I can't. Our account should have the same options so I don't understand what is the problem. Can you help me?

It would be nice if the website would provide some kind of feedback letting users know what the issue was without requiring them to search around to discover this information. Adobe earns so much money; I'm shocked they don't do a better job taking care of their customers.
You get to test it, after using your attempts you need a firefly subscription to use it. If you are trying the video features you need a premium subscription, if you're trying image features a lot of the regular adobe subscriptions has that included
I am a Firefly subscriber and when I create a video from a photo I see that the create video button is stuck. What is this problem and what is the solution? Please help.
The behaviour is you press press the generate button and nothing happens? Is this still happening today? If so, can you please answer the questions in the first pinned reply in this thread?
