Hi folks,
We have received a number of reports of people having a problem in Firefly video creation where when they press the "generate" button nothing happens. To help us diagnose this problem, please tell us the following:

So, those credits can be used for non-premium Firefly services, such as text to image, text to vector, and generative fill. What type of plan are you on, enterprise or personal?
If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

It is Firefly Video.
Note, that Firefly video, the premium servuce is not available on all enterprise plans (even though Firefly non-premium services such as text to image, text to vector, and generative fill are), and is not available on any EDU enterprise plans. The issue you are reporting is a possible indicator that it is not on your enterprise plan. Your local Adobe administrator should be able to help you determine that for sure. If it is not on your plan, your organisation can (except EDU) purchase a plan that has Firefly video included.

Whenever I try to generate a video, either from text or image it doesn't generate. The generate button turns grey for a little and then instantly turns blue again. I've tried it on 3 different browsers (Chrome, Edge and Brave)
Where does it go wrong? I've generated videos in the past and generating images works just fine.

I'm on an enterprise account with access to firefly. I'm not getting any error messages all I'll include a video to showcase this. Also attached are the screenshots you've asked for. I'm using Windows 10 Home 10.0.19045 Build 19045 with Brave Browser v1.76.82, Chrome Browser v134.0.6998.178 and Edge v134.0.3124.93
This behaviour seems to be happening to people who are not accessing Firelfy video with a plan that contains Firefly premium features.
Enterprise plans with access to non-premium Firefly features (text to image, text to vector, generative fill, etc.) do not necessarily have access to Firefly Premium services (Firefly Video and translation). Can you verify with your local Adobe administrator that your plan has Firefly premium features? If they are not sure, they can contact their Adobe account executive.
If they come back and say you do have Firefly premium on your enterprise plan, please let me know.
Also note, I did see you reference that you tried on Chrome and Edge, but Brave is not a supported browser and a number of people have reported problems using Firefly with the Brave browser.

I upload first and last frame image and write a prompt, hit generate but nothing happens. i even tried pressing it for a couple of seconds but nothing happens.
I merged all these reports together because they seem to be the same problem. A bug report has been created. It would be helpful if you are experiencing this problem still, to provide the information in the pinned message above.

I have 1050 credits and am part of my company's enterprise subscription, but when I enter my prompt and click "Generate," nothing happens. I can generate images just fine w/ Firefly but not videos. I'm on a MS laptop Windows OS.

When I open "Plans" on my account, it says we have "Adobe for Enterprise" and under "Included in your plan" we have "Generative AI uses," as well as "Adobe Firefly," "Adobe Stock Credits," and all the CC apps. So I think it must be an Enterprise plan with Firefly Premium services?
Have you ever been able to generate videos?
I have not been able to generate videos from Adobe Firefly, but I only tried for the first time today. I enter my prompt and click the Generate button and nothing happens. (I am able to generate images just fine, however.)
Is this problem intermitent or does it happen always?
I only tried the text-to-video generative feature for the first time today. I have tried multiple times today and unable to generate. When I tried on my own personal free account (rather than my work enterprise account) on my personal computer (rather than work computer), I was able to generate video without any problems (one of my two freebies).
Does it happen on more than one browser?
Yes, tried in Google Chrome and in MS Edge. Same thing.
What operating system and browser do you have and what are their versions.
