my generative credits were topped up today. It shows that I have 100 tokens. When I try to generate an image, Firefly tells me I have no credits available. I use Firefly via Firefox on Windows 10.
Why are the credits not recognized? How can this be fixed?
Hey there! I don't think so. Firefly was the reason to create an Adobe account. And I don't have other accounts or subscriptions there. Just the one for Firefly.
Oh hey, it works now! I don't know why because I did not do anything, but it's fine now. Maybe I have to wait one more day for Firefly to fully recognize that my credits have been refilled? So they got refilled yesterday on March 9th, so even my account showed me my 100 credits, but I couldn't use them right away. But now I can.
