Ethical usage violation posting Midjouney images to Adobe Stock

As someone who is attracted tio using Firefly tech due to it's ethical sourcing. I was watching areview video and this person cliams people are uploading Midjourney images and then goes on to admit to say that he has done so. I've cued up the video right before where he admits this.

Not trying to be a Narc, but I want Firefly to be a tool that does not take advantage of artists.
