Female body types very limited

Because the TOS prohibits generating adult content, it limits the way female bodies can be prompted. Anytime I promt a female in a bikini, they always come out with ridiculously large breasts. Even when using terms like "flat chest" "small chest" or "small top" they still come out with huge balloons. I can't use the word "breast", so there's no way for me to prompt a female in a bikini that doesn't have crazy large breasts. Please allow users to use anatomically correct language so we can produce more realistic female body types. Thank you.

This is an issue I am also having, in addition to the fact that the breasts depicted are just strangely uneven or don't fit evenly in the dress. I'm having to repaint entirely to get the perspective right. Midjourney is vastly better at this.
