Firefly won't start

Hi, I can't open the firefly text to image function. It keeps saying the application is unavailable (the message is kind of blocked by my tab bar but you can still read it). I've had this for a bit now, the other adobe firefly functions still work. I already deleted my history and cache but nothing has worked..

Technical requirements

Adobe Firefly web app

 

Operating Systems

Windows: Version 10 or later

macOS: Version 12 or later

ChromeOS

Web browsers

Chrome, Edge: 108 or later

Firefox: 108 or later

Safari: 15 or later (Firefly isn't compatible with Lockdown mode)

Note: JavaScript must be enabled

Memory requirements

Minimum 4GB memory

Adobe Firefly web app on iOS and Android

iOS

14 or later

(Firefly isn't compatible with Lockdown mode)

Android

9.0 Pie or later

 

If you are sorted here, you can try hard resetting your browser Crtl/Cmd+Shift+R.

 

Incognito mode is also a recommendation fi you're facing issues.
