Generating images Not generating

HI here, I hope that this message finds you wel. Just tried for couple times and the same message i poping up.

Can't load

We can't display the generated image.
You can edit and try again.

I hope that you n help me with this issue.

P.S. Just one more question. I have creative cloud account for years and it said that I have 1000 credits but sometimes doesnt let me using them and keep repeating that I have to subscribe to one of the plans. I have used some and now have 984. Please help 🙂

There seems to be a problem affecting some people. It is being tracked in this thread: Firefly Gen 3 and Gen 4 isn't working. Could you please leave a reply in that thread with a screen shot and stating what OS and browser you are using along with their version numbers? [Normally, I would move this post there, but you asked two questions in this post.]
