Hochskalieren funktioniert nicht

Community Beginner ,

Moin, ich kann seit ein paar Tagen/Wochen Bilder nicht mehr hochskalieren. Firefly friert dabei ein und ich kann nichts mehr machen, außer zurückzugehen, zu den LowRes Vorschlägen.

Thanks for confirming. One user reported that it's working fine in the Firefox. Could you please try to verify?

Try to upscale a photo. Sites just keeps acting like something is happening but nothing does.

Hey @Saguy5FA6

You could use slow mode.
Benefits
1) Save a credit when you upscale when you use slow mode.
2) You don't have to upscale when you use slow mode.

Bonjour,

voici un problème systématique pour moi:

les boutons augementer la résolution qui se trouve sur l'image et augementer la résolution de tout font bogué l'écran et finisse par remplacer les images par un point d'exclamation

Merci

Cordialement,

Frédérique

Hello @Saguy5FA6,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Do you get an error message? Can you show us a screen shot, or even better, a screen recording?  Please also tell us what OS/browser you are using and the version numbers.

Thanks,
    droopy

I'm having the same issue. When you click upscale the images blur and the bottom 4 thumbnails go grey and flash as if they're loading... then nothing happens. Upscaling worked previously but now it seems to be frozen trying to upscale. Clicking the download button on non-upscaled images also does nothing now.

Thanks for the screenshots. I understand that when you upscale images, a blank screen appears, as shown in the third screenshot. Am I correct? Have you tried it on using another browser?

Let us know.

Thanks again.
