P: Blank screen after selection option

Hey, just got my "You're In" email - can log in fine and see the options - Text to Image etc, but clicking any just takes me to an empty white browser screen. Have tried hard refresh and incognito. Have also tried in Edge and Chrome but same end result.

 

Do I need to wait it out?

To help our team investigate, please to go into their browser console and look in the Console tab. Copy/paste what's in there and send it over. We're mostly looking for anything that's in red in the console. To access the console:

    • Win Chrome: More Tools > Developer Tools.
    • Mac Chrome: View > Developer > JavaScript Console.
    • Win Firefox: hamburger menu > More Tools > Web Developer Tools.
    • Mac Firefox: Tools > Browser Tools > Browser Console.
    • Mac Safari: Settings > Advanced > Show Develop Menu

      Hello.

       

      I was using text2image and text effects for a while but today when i tried to use it again i get a blank page with no error message or anything.

      I tried cleaning the cache or try another browser but i still have the same problem.

       

      Any suggestions?

      Tried to get a text to image to work all I get is a white blank screen any ideas was working fine for me 12 hrs ago

      Good day. When I click on any function on the main page, for example, text to image. Then an empty window opens. And so it happens for all functions

      It doesn't work even after hard reset. OS is windows 10 Pro 22H2 and browser is google chrome version 112.0.5615.138 on 64bit.

      On my phone is working well.

      Can't get access on my desktop but can access using my iPhone

      On my laptop with windows 10, on Google chrome, when I am logged in on the main page of adobe firefly I can choose to generate image from text, text effects and recolor vectors. But when I click on the GENERATE button for one of those 3 available services, it doesn't load the page, it's only a blank page without any errors on it. I try different browsers, incognito mode, I cleared cache and history but still nothing, the problem is the same since almost a week.

       For me only the mobile version of the website is working, where I can generate text to image or text effects.

       Of course I have gained acces to firefly beta so my account is open to use this service.
