P: Cannot upload reference image [merged thread]

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

The problem is with Nano Banana, we are unable to upload a reference image while using it.

For last 2 days I cant upload a refrence image from computer, in either of engine versions. Just can upload from Firefly Gallery. How can I fix it?

Hello! I had no trouble uploading my own images for the beginning and end frame of generating videos using Firefly last week and now it won't upload a beginning image and the option to upload an end image is grayed out. What's going on?

ich habe eben ein Firefly Abo gebucht (2.000 Credits). Ich wollte nun das erste Foto bearbeiten. Wenn ich allerdings versuche ein Bild über "Ziehe dein Bild hierhin" oder über den darunter liegenden Button "Dein Gerät" hochzuladen, funktioniert das nicht. Es kommt auch keine Fehlermeldung.

Some of the thumbnails for my past renders in Generation History are not displaying.
There seems to be a block of renders just not displaying form 9 to 10 days ago.
This started happening about the same time last week that I started having issues with not being able to add a new Reference Image.
Adobe Firefly using Nano Banana
MacOS 10.12.6
Firefox
To reproduce the problem I just scroll back to the renders in question.
More recent and older thumbnails do display.
If I select one of the blank thumbnails it does still open the image.

Using adobe firefly I am having issues uploading reference images. It acts like it is such as opening up my file explorer but when i select an image it will not import the image into firefly.

Is it a coincidence that this issue arises on the one month you gave 'free generations?' Will this issue magically resolve itself on Dec. 1, as soon as the exclusive offer is over? I don't image you'll be doing another month of free generations to make up for all of the people who conviently can't use the service while this exclusive offer is ongoing?

I cannot upload a reference image either.

- All the models I tried: Firefly 5, 4 and 3; Flux 1; Context Max; GPT Image.

- Firefox 145.0
- Add blockers disabled, shield icon in address bar deactivated.

- I choose 'Upload picture' and 'Your device'. The file window opens and I can select the file (.jpg), but when I click OK, nothing happens.

I'm having the same issue, there are some files I am able to upload. The attached images are the original image generated by ChatGPT, which I can upload, and 3 versions (PNG-8, PNG-24, JPG) of the same file saved for web in Photoshop, which Firefly refuses to upload.
I hope that this will help replicate the issue.

When I drag and release an image into the  image file box, anything happens. Even if I use the button (your device).

so I cant edit any image...
