P: Generative Fill Brush Glitch when selecting area

Community Beginner ,
Nov 05, 2023 Nov 05, 2023

Please fix it immediately because the bug is becoming very annoying, so when we want to delete an object and it needs to be deleted, but when we raise our hand the object that has been deleted disappears by itself.

Hi @Evan3343631925wj ,

Hopefully it gets sorted soon. Trying to offer a solution here. The problem seems to be mobile specific.

Try another device and see if you make progress.

Please let us know so we share any successes you have with the community.

Yeah, that's what I resorted to. Just removing background in Photoroom for now, and using AirBrush or AI Mirror (good but not quite as reliable as Firefly). I really hope they fix it soon, I do several commissions a day and it's been interesting lol.

Soz @Lisa3320269299dg ,

It's not ideal. Have you tried the background removal function in Adobe Express?

It has the same underlying engine as FF.

Yes, desktop works just fine. My next plan is to try another browser on my
Moto Z3.
Thanks,

Thank you. It was working fine for weeks until I mentioned it her (3 days
now)?

I have found out that if I lift my finger to add another deletion in
another area, that's really when it starts.

I remove the background in generative fill and then use the subtract brush for tiny areas and it adds the entire background.  Does it every time no matter what photo I use.

I do believe that it is working OK again now. I couldn't repeat the earlier
issue I had with it.
Thank you.
