This could be a couple of things.
Check to make sure you have a good internet connexion. If you are using a VPN, try without the VPN. If you are on a corporate network, check with IT to see if the firewall is blocking the traffic.
Try another browser or private browsing/incognito mode. If it works in those, it is likely a browser extension is tnterfering (like an aggressive ad blocker).

If you have a windows machine, try resetting the windows firewall back to the default.
