It looks like you might be on an enterprise account. Your local IT administrator that manages your Adobe account need to authorise your account to access Firefly. If you are not sure who that person is, start with the IT department.
It could have been the IT administrator just decided to cut off access to one or more users for some reason (did not know it had been assigned, there was a problem raised and they turned off access, etc.). There is no way for us or Adobe to know. You will need to contact the local Adobe administrator in your organisation.
