All my favorites are gone

After saving the artwork via the favorite button. Clicking on my favorites and there's nothing here just a blank white page. I had many artworks stored there now they are all probably gone forever.

What you wrote above is wrong!!!
The images disappear every time.
You don't seem to like my little creations, none are in the gallery.
There are always many bugs on photoshop Beta following the updates of this one, which makes the work very painful.

Favorites in Firefox dont show up even when selecting new favorites. No cookies or history were deleted. FF vs 116 under Windows 11.

I lost Firefly access about two-three weeks ago and it has ben restored, but since then all my favorites have disappeared even though I kept the browser tab open. 

I am on a Mac using Safari.

How can this be fixed?

Hey everyone! Favorites are saved locally to your browser and will not carry over to different browsers or machines. (Ex: Chrome --> Safari --> Firefox.)  Please also be aware that your favorites will only save if you have enough memory on your machine.

So did mine. However now knowing they are saved locally to the browser from reading the replies above, I realize I just updated my Mac OS which probably caused that to reset. Not sure if that happened to others here too.

its happened again ...i've just not used it for a while. no other changes. same browser, smae system, my cache doesnt clear automatically. etc -i had downloaded my work knowing that this issue arises (so not all lost) however the saved work only retains a part of the prompt. having spent a lot of time developing the right prompts for firefly this is just not good enough.  I'm done with this (Adobe) and will not be renewing my subscription. bye

Same problem here. I'm logged in the same account, same browser and same machine and only the last couple of favourites are there. This is unacceptable, I lost days in research!

Firefly is a mess is this is why I'm gradually quitting Adobe products

Same here, many days and tests are gone!!
I use the same windows desktop, same browser, didn't clear cookies, even new favorites not appearing at all.
I think there is an issue causing this problem and I hope they can identify soon.
The big Q, are they retrievable or just Gone for Ever!!!

Now, the Only safe way to save your work is to upload to Gallery!!

Hello @Hany Shendy,

The best way is to download the image and copy the URL for that image. That way you have a copy of the image as well as the URL that takes you back to the generation.  Many of commented on the state of saving images/prompts/styles. I recommend you look at these posts and upvote the one(s) you would like to see:

• P: History of Previous Generated Images

Thank you for the advice, only this method involves extral steps and manual procedure which always leads to mistakes.

The submitting to the galley although it is not the ideal mean to do so, but it is a one click automated process that save the picture with the prompt wher I can retrieve from any other PC or browser.

Of course using this method is a result of lacking such a functionality in the Firefly.

I don't see an answer as to where the favorites go if there aren't browser or storage issues. All mine are gone. Since this is an Adobe product, should I just assume they are gone forever?

This is especially f***-up since you have to pay for images generation.

I am sorry you are having this problem.  When was the last time you saw them there?  Have you recently cleared your cache or re-installed the browser?

Unfortunately, if you are using the same browser on the same computer and they are no longer there, they are most likely gone forever. This could happen if, for example, you cleared your cache in the browser.

I said "most" likely, because there are steps you can take to rewind your cache if you had already been backing it up, but most people do not do that. My primary platform is Mac and I back my browser cache up with Time Machine on the Mac, so I can go backwards in time and restore my cache from a point in time. This has saved me a few times when something was deleted from my cache and I was able to roll the cache and settings back a day.  If Windows was my primary platform, I could do something similar on it.
