P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Currently have a Creative Cloud plan, which includes Firefly. However, when using Firefly on the web it tells me that I should purchase a plan. I was only able to generate 2 videos

I have 926/1000 credits on my account for generative use through having the all apps bundle but firefly isn't picking that up and wants me to subscribe again.

It asks me to subscribe, and I already have a subscription, that I can use 1,000 credits but it doesn't give them to me

I believe that as a CC subscriber I get credits to make Firefly videos. How do I activate them? I get a message saying that I have to pay a subscription.

Thanks droopy. I understand now that video is not included in the credits. But it's a bit confusing as Adobe states: 

Generate Video (beta)20 credits per second for a limited time.

Je n'arrive pas à utiliser mes credits ( 1000 ) de mon abonnement CretiveCloud. Lorsque j'utilise Firefly (image to video) J'ai réussi à le faire fonctionner deux fois - mais ensuite inlassablement l'applie me demande de prendre un abonnement pour avoir des credits - ce que j'ai deja. Bug. Je suis sur navigateur Chrome (Version 134.0.6998.46 (Build officiel) (x86_64)), mac OS Ventura 13.7.1. Je suis connecté à mon compte prendant les requetes sur Firefly.

Pude utilizar Adobe Firefly una sola vez, a pesar de tener 936 creditos generativos mensuales por estar suscripto. Cual es el inconveniente? Gracias.

Are you asking about Firefly Video?  If so, that requires a separate subscription. Please see the pinned message in this thread: P: Plan error in generating video.

 

If you are talking about something other than video, please tell us more about what you were doing and include a screen shot of the error.

Hi, yes, I was referring to the option to generate image to video, but I didn't know it had to be paid for separately. Thanks!!!

Hi 

I've received an email saying I was selected to use the Beta version of Adobe Firefly video. Unfortunately, I'm unable to use the video generator.  (see attached mail and screenshot).
Every time I would like to try the video generator it says I don't have access to this feature and I should  contact my admin to request access. I've attached a screenshot of the issue.

Could you help me?

I am a personal user with one Adobe All Apps subscription. I am not an Enterprise User nor am I on an Educational plan.
