upscale not working, not showing up and also the order of new generated images are going downwards and not up, above like before. Using Firefly 4.

Hi, I'm trying to enlarge the images generated from text-to-image but the "Enlarge All" icon doesn't work - it displays an error message and sometimes the icon doesn't appear at all for certain image sets.

Thanks for reaching out. Could you check the firefly model you are working on.

Model 3 fast mode is lower resolution than Model 3 upscaled (or fast mode turned off)

Model 3 Upscaled is the same resolution as Model 4.

These are not equivalent:

• Model 3 fast mode: Model 3 Upscaled
• Model 4: Model 4 Ultra

There is no concept of taking a Model 4 image and upscaling it to Model 4 Ultra. Model 4 and Model 4 Ultra have the same resolution, so the upscale button is not available. The quality of the image is better with Ultra, but the resolution is the same.

Thank you so much for your explanation. Everything is completely clear now, and I have a much better understanding of the differences between the various modes.

If I may, I'd like to suggest a possible improvement to the "Enlarge All" button in the Firefly interface. Although I can now see it, it's not immediately intuitive to locate and it might not be obvious that it enlarges all four images rather than just one.
