Adobe Scan and Fill and sign images and pdfs don't appear in Adobe cloud

Adobe Scan and Fill and sign images and pdfs don't appear in Adobe cloud

 

In the apps they appear to be in the clouds but the Adobe cloud website and app don't show term.

I have somewhat similar problem. I have the files visible on https://acrobat.adobe.com, but are NOT visible on iPhone > Adobe Scan application...:(

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response.

 

Since you mentioned that the files are available on the cloud storage, have you checked if you are logged in to with the correct email address and if they match on both the online storage and the application?

 

If yes, please share the screen recording showing the files on Adobe Cloud Storage and Adobe Scan also showing the email address on both the locations for further investigation.

Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

 

We would like to have some more information to dig into the issue:

  1. Have you checked the different accounts you might have used with Scan (Sign in with Adobe versus social sign-in)?
  2. Which platform do you experience the issue with? Scan Android, Scan iOS, DC web? 
  3. Are all the scanned files missing, or only some files? 
  4. When did the issue start, any details about any actions taken then?
  5. Scan app build version, device model, and OS version.

 

Please share the above answers so we can speed up the investigation process.
