Adobe scan app crashes on iphone!

Last month the adobe scan app on my iphone started crashing after scanning a few (1-5) pages. Sometimes the pages scanned are saved, sometimes not. I have deleted app., rebooted phone and reinstalled app with no resolution for the problem! Help!

Hi lymanf,

As per the issue description mentioned above, adobe scan app crashes on your iphone while scanning documents, is that correct?

Could you let us know if there is any error message when app crashes?

Also,  let us know dot version of acrobat and ios version installed on the device? You may refer to the steps given in the following help document for the same:  Troubleshooting — Adobe Scan Help

Also, if you are connected using wifi, try connecting it using mobile data and check if that helps.
