Adobe Scan is not saving to One Drive

I'm not one to favor apple products but from my past experiences with owning an iphone and ipad was that everything you  UNINSTALL still remains in your cloud even if you have removed it from your device untilyou go into your cloud and delete it from there. And your device will check your cloud before adding a new app and download it from your cloud FIRST before taking the version from the itunes store so not to duplicate an app and take up uneeded space .  That being said if there was a broken link or something malicious or just a glitch  in that app that you uninstalled, reinstalling the app again will not  work correctly because your device will download the version you still have saved in your cloud. This may be your problem or it may not. But my suggestion would be to sit FB into your icloud account, search for the app that is not working correctly, delete from there (which should give you a message stating to the effect of " by doing this it will also remove it from your device do you wish to continue..." Once fully deleted from your cloud and the device only then go back to itunes and redownload the app . Also not sure actually how iphone uses data, cookies, cache, etc. But make sure you clean that stuff out frequently. There could be something malicious in there that your phone was designed to not allow to infect it but it still may be causing it to sorta glitch ..
