Adobe Scan "Share a Copy" now has automated text and adobe scan app link - how to turn this off

I have used adobe scan to scan and send PDFs without the links for years.

I click share, then "share a copy" to avoid sharing a link, as usually this just attaches the pdf to the bottom of the email without automated text or a link. 

Now it is coming up with this message in the email body, and in the email subject: 

"Created and shared using Adobe Scan. Get the app: https://adobescan.app.link/getapp"

This is BEYOND ANNOYING. 

How can I turn this off please?

    The file-sharing issue has been fixed with the latest version. 

    Please update the application and let us know if that works.

    Working fine on my android phone but I am unable to share files from my I phone , I thought it had something to do with free trial ,adobe team pls rectify this problem as it is very annoying .

        I have exactly the same complaint.  I DO NOT want to share a link and it doesn't work anyways.....  At first I thought that they probably changed it so you can only share with others who have the app, but when I tested it with a colleague who HAS the app they also just got a dudd link.     Looking for another app to use mow because this isn't working for me...

          Hi, still no fix.. Just checked and can still only share a link. How can
          something that worked fine for years break and it takes this long for you
          guys to figure it out?--

            I would also like an update regarding this fix. When sharing a scan to my DropBox, for instance, I inly want the PDF, not the additional.txt file.

              Hi! 
              We pushed the update to fix where the file was not getting attached when using the "Share a Copy" feature.
              When is this happening?
