I'm still experiencing this problem.  My adobe scan documents are nowhere to be found, even though I'm logged in to the same account on my phone for adobe scans and on the PC.  Super frustrated.  Have hours into troubleshooting this.

Hello Deborah,

Can you log out of Adobe Scan and then log back in. Once done, try uploading a file and then check if the file shows up on your device and document cloud or not?

If not, please share the below details for us to check on it further:

1. The application version number for Adobe Scan;

2. The operating system you are using [Android / iOS ] and its version.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Same problem. Updates dont do an thing. They do appear in DC reader as recent documents (for people who stumble on this thread).

But they are not in any accessible folder. Which is... weird and annoying.

Edit:

Found them here:    documentcloud.adobe.com

That's good to see WhySoDifficult you took out time to update the discussion.

Thanks,

Same exact issue. Just did two documents, said they saved - they're not in my iPad nor on the Cloud site above. My old documents are from summer of 2019, but nothing recent. Serious issue here.

I am having the same issue.  It’s been some months, Adobe...this worked in 2018...

Hi All,

There was an update released recently for the Adobe Scan application in the App store.

Please try once to update the application to the latest version available that is 19.05.14

Check if the issue persists after updating the application.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Meenakshi

I am able to scan and find my document, it just will not let me save it as a PDF to my computer or copy and paste to an email.  Some of our recipients are not able to open the linked version.

I have tried to Save As, Export, Copy and Paste into a Word Doc or Email, nothing works.

Good morning,

I am having the same problem here.

Both AdobeScan and Adobe Acrobat installed on my iPhone8 and seem to work properly. Both signed in to my AdobeID account.

Using either the AdobeScan app direct or going via Adobe Acrobat app the scan says it uploads but is not visible on my iMac.

Strange that the 'Used' MB Data goes up and is at 43.0MB but there are no files ANYWHERE to be seen. You mentioned earlier to another user ''Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder.'' but there is no folder called exactly that. I go to 'Your Work', 'Files' on the web and then there is 'Synced Files', 'Cloud Documents' and 'Mobile Creations'. Nothing about a 'Scan folder'.

The data must be somewhere to show in the Used MB total?

Have delete app on mobile, re installed, re logged on with everything but still nothing.

Now driving me to madness!

NEWS UPDATE...

I have just opened up my AcrobatProDC on my iMac and gone to 'files'/'Document Cloud' and all the files are there. So why aren't they showing via the web log in and on my HDD in the Creative Cloud Files area?

I was befuddled by this for a bit, but finally figured out that Adobe appears to have two separate cloud document services.

If you are signed into Creative Cloud on the web and go to Your Work, you get sent to assets.adobe.com which has a "Cloud documents" folder. This does not contain the Adobe Scan documents.

However, if you go to documentcloud.adobe.com and sign-in, that has a folder named "Adobe Scan" that contains your Adobe Scan documents.

You sir, are correct.

It's already 2022 and the multi-billion-dollar company Adobe hasn't come around and fixed this yet. Shame.

Hello. I also had the same problem and solved like segough said, but the documents were lost. At least, I can scan now and have the documents saved.

HI Heidip,

Please make sure that you are using the same Adobe ID(email address) and password to login to Document Cloud which you used for the Adobe Scan application.

If you save the files as PDF in Adobe Scan application, they will be saved in the Document Cloud.

Open this link Adobe Document Cloud and sign with using your Adobe Scan credentials.

Then go to Files > Adobe Scan folder.

Open the folder and check if you can view your scanned files there.

Let us know if you experience any issue.

Meenakshi

Yes, I'm using the same ID ect but nothing shows up. I notice from previous questions that I'm not the only one with this problem.
