Adobe Scan to PDF stuck on start up

I just bought a new Blackview Rugged SA smartphone. All updates done, a oher apps run smooth. Running Android 10. Gave the app all permisioms yey problem persists.

And for fun I tested Google Drive's Scan. No worries I can't start this and not finish. So what ever you guys think. I will upload a skills hit. Will show you where this happens a lot. And yet nothing will change as always. So this is where I'm stuck in a loop never ending. Please help someone!

Hope you are doing well.

If I am getting the issue correctly, you are not able to sign in to the Adobe Scan application, right? Would you mind sharing a few details to understand the issue better?

1. Make and model your device?

2. Application version?

3. Do you have Acrobat reader mobile installed? If yes, sign out and sign in back in that application and then try again on the Adobe Scan app.
