Question

Adobe Scan won’t let me sign in

I downloaded the Adobe scan app on my iPhone through the creative cloud app a while ago, but when I open Adobe scan and try to press "continue", I'm met with an error that says "Unable to sign in. Please try again later" (it doesn't even give me the option to sign in). I've tried re-downloading the app, and restarting my phone - none of which have worked yet. Is there a solution to this?

Got it! Under settings, change the wireless data settings to WILAN and Mobile Data. Close and reopen the app, you should be good to go.

Hello.  I just downloaded Adobe Scan.  I too have the error that plagued Jaylowess ("ERROR Unable to sign in Please try again later"). But Adobe Scan does not show up in the iOS settings so I can't modify them as Jaylowess suggested.  Adobe Acrobat is there, but not Adobe Scan.  I'm on WiFi Calling with a VPN running.  iOS version is 15.5 on an iPhone SE 2020 version.  Thank you.

I'm having this problem too.  Did you ever get a helpful response?  Thanks

No, I never did. Eventually there was an update to the app and it seems to work now. Very frustrating!

I am also having the same issue! It was working just fine on my iPhone XR (most updated iOS software), but as soon as I got the iPhone 12 Pro Max it stopped working... not sure what to do.

Hi StardustBound

Hope you are doing well.

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Make and model of the device
  2. Application version?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to Reboot your device.

For iOS Adobe Reader Mobile version: 21.03.00

Hi ria,

I'm currently using an iPhone 12 Pro Max running on IOS 14.4.2. The application is the latest version (21.04.16). I've also tried to reboot my device to no avail, and the issue is still persisting.
